Return & Exchange Policy
At Stitch, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.

3. Item Condition
Returned or exchanged items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• With all original tags and packaging attached
Stitch reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet these conditions.
4. Return & Exchange Locations
Customers may complete the return or exchange at any Stitch branch.
5. Refund Policy
Since all online orders are paid via Visa / Credit or Debit Card, approved refunds will be processed to the same card used for the original payment after the item has been received and inspected.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
