SECTION 7 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Stitch Store delivers across Egypt. Standard delivery to Alexandria: 1-2 business days. Delivery to other cities: 2-5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold specified on our website. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
SECTION 8 — RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and accessories are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
